I recently started taking baking more seriously & have learned so much in the process. I've been sticking to simplicity, making slight changes in my recipe & technique with each loaf trying to really get a feel for how the changes affect the bread. Today I baked my prettiest loaf yet & am wondering what the crumb is telling you! I'm very proud of this loaf. I feel like it really shows the progress I've made in shaping & scoring. However, I am having a hard time judging when my dough has risen enough, both during the initial rise & final proofing. Thanks in advance, let me know what you think!
