Curtis dual 1.5 gal ThermoproX
Hey I need help!! My cafè just installed this machine and we use 2.5 oz packets for coffee. Supposedly "small" brews 64 oz "medium" 128 oz and "large" 192 oz. So taste testing our coffee we found 1 packet on "small" to be too week and 2 packets too strong. What ratios woukd you suggest given this information for all three batch sizes? Any standard settings I should change? Thanks!!!
