Hi,

I will be taking the Metro Turizm bus from Sofia to Istanbul later this year. I read on their website that I need to convert the E-Ticket to a Printed ticket in their ticket office. I bought my ticket through Obilet.

Where do I need to go to get the ticket "converted", and what are the opening hours?

If anyone has any more information about Metro Turizm that would also be appreciated.

I'm hoping to take the Nis Express bus later this year from Belgrade.

I have read about buying a "Platform Ticket" at the bus station. Where do I buy this from? Must I go to a specific counter (like a "Nis Express" counter) to buy this?
