Hello! I'm wondering if anyone has ever dealt with the company "Real Property Management Colorado"? I self toured and was accepted for a rental property with them. They are requesting certified funds for a deposit before I've met ever met anyone to take property off the market. Is that normal in colorado, I've never rented from a company before only property owners. Hoping someone here has had prior experience with them. Thanks
