
Bought an isinwheel S-Nova (~$320). Within less than a month and under 50 miles, the footpad started peeling off.
Customer service experience has been terrible:
- First told me to glue it back myself
- Then offered partial refunds that kept increasing ($20 → $65)
- Promised replacement part → then said out of stock
- Final option: pay $100 shipping to return a defective scooter WITH original box (who keeps a giant scooter box after a month?)
So the “warranty” basically became:
- Fix it yourself, or
- Pay more money
Its pure junk.
Sharing in case anyone is considering this brand — the issue isn’t just the defect, it’s how it’s handled after purchase.
