The apartment is located just off Washington Ave on the second floor of a quiet 3-unit building. Super cute neighborhood. It’s spacious, filled with natural light, and features a beautiful kitchen that’s perfect for cooking or hosting. Laundry and parking are both included.
Rent is $1,400/month plus half of electric and WiFi. I’m open to starting with a month-to-month arrangement to make sure it’s a great fit for both of us.
