Ordered a Basketball Jersey from Nordstrom, with Ontrac for the delivery, says delivered with wrong location for picture proof, I have't got anything, I'm beyond confused
Ordered a Basketball Jersey from Nordstrom, with Ontrac for the delivery, tracking said it was delivered with blurry picture inside of the wrong apartment complex, so I was like huh, well I contacted nordstrom for a refund as well as ontrac, as of now, I have no clue what's going on, why would they upload a wrong location for picture proof, I mean the address is on the package, has anyone had this same issue with nordstrom when using ontrac for shipping?
