Hi all! I got officially diagnosed with hypermobility late last year, and I’ve been taking steps to make improvements in the ways that I exercise. Kind of a niche issue I’ve run into is my extra bendy hands and wrists while I’m rowing. I row an 8, so I have to pick up 200lb boats, use an oar, all that. Has anyone had any success taping wrists to make them more stable so they don’t bend backward? (This can be regardless of sport) Thank you!!
