I have been sick with what I thought was a cold/bad flu since 4/13, well turns out I tested positive for mono on 5/5. RIP. It’s been interesting to see the Oura ring stats on this and how hard my body is fighting. If anyone has tips or advice on how long mono lasted for you please help your girl out 😭
