25(m) 6'3" 214lb. I started going to the gym about a month ago. My recommended caloric intake is 2400 kcal. Eating that isn't a problem, but after three meals each day, meeting my protein intake, I have about 500 calories left, which I fill with cereal and granola for a nighttime snack. My question is, is this healthy, or should I just go to bed?
