Follow up to ‘is there any way at all this is some sort of lettuce?’ And a question
A couple weeks ago I posted to ask if one of my seedlings could be a lettuce after a mix up. For anyone who may be curious, it turned out to be bok choy which the majority guessed so thank you all again for your input.
Photos are the one I posted at the time and photos today.
My question is - can I stop it bolting by removing the forming flowers or is that it now? My follow up question is - if I can’t stop it bolting, will it still be yummy if I chop the whole thing up including the wannabe flowers and add it to the Thai green curry I’m planning on cooking tonight or tomorrow
