in 2019, I listened to this Japanese artist and can't remember his songs or name anymore but want to find it. All I can remember is one of his album covers.

It was a school girl with wings and a halo reaching out and crying I think?

His songs were pretty dark I think. It was mostly about drugs, ex's, and suicide or something along those lines. From what I remember he had bleached hair in one Livestream (face covered) and was pretty popular in 2018. That's all I can remember. Please help me find this artist!!
