I have converted Symbiosis Pune and I was telling my manager about it. He asked if I had any other calls, I said multiple and mentioned my next best call was IIM Shillong (but did not tell him that my interview went bad)
He assumed I converted it and said no one would ever choose SIBM Pune over IIM S, IIM S is way way better, have some common sense.
Before I could clarify, he left.
This whole interaction made me feel so bad about my conversion. I am truly happy with SIBM P and a lot of people consider it a great b school.
Now I feel like a reject. I cant help but wonder if I made a mistake.
