Hey everyone,

I’m currently preparing for CFA Level 1 full-time (not working or doing an internship alongside it), and I wanted to hear from others who have taken a similar route.

Most people I see are balancing CFA with jobs or college, so I’m curious about the full-time approach:

* Are there others here who studied full-time for Level 1?

* Why did you choose to go all-in instead of balancing it with work/studies?

* How long did it realistically take you to complete the entire syllabus properly (not just rush through it)?

* Looking back, do you think going full-time gave you a real advantage?

Also, I’d really appreciate any honest advice:

* What worked for you

* What you’d do differently

* Any mistakes I should avoid

I’m trying to make sure I use this time properly and don’t just feel “busy” without real progress.

Would love to hear real experiences — both positive and negative.

Thanks in advance!
