Hi i got the Deloitte Cult.fit corp plan at 13k. I have activated but i didn't got tax invoice for it. Only razorpay receipt. Cult said they dont provide tax invoice for corp plans and to ask with HR. I talked to Deloitte assistant he said don't have any knowlegde regarding cult Deloitte plan and ask for invoice from them.

I wanted to reimburse the 13k under well being. Also i have paid using amex. What should i do now.

Does any one have any idea regarding this.
