Has anyone here gone through a breakup because one person is Orthodox and the other is not, after being together for years? (And you actually still greatly like & love them )
I became Orthodox from atheism, and my partner is still atheist. We have been together a long time and still love each other, but we cannot move forward toward marriage but also cannot bring ourselves to break up as it is completely heart crushing.
(It has been a year since my conversion, they have never been baptized)
