Honor 400 Lite - MagicOS 10 (C431) - possible delay for upto 2 months
Sorry for posting about this, I understand alot of people find it frustrating seeing so many posts regarding this however I wanted to provide an update to this unfair situation with the updates.
I spoke with a very understanding at Honor Support who has informed me the update for the C431 region can now take up to 2 months to begin rolling out.
For those who say it's just an update that's not the point, security updates are now completely broken on the device due to the lack of updates on this region, it is getting to the point where this delayed update is impacting the potential future functionality of the device and given it was promised 6 years of updates in this region, this is just unacceptable.
Also as a side note, for anyone contacting support, they do not have control over the update situation, please do not blame it on them.
