Wanting to taper off

I (21 ftm) have been on prozac for about 2 and a half years now, and i’m looking to get off them. My heat intolerance is so bad from the medication that I believe it’s honestly making my mental health worse then what prozac was originally helping with. I’m a very outdoorsy person, I work outdoors in the summer, most of my hobbies include being outside. But for the last year I’ve suffered greatly because every time I step outside it seems I sweat like crazy and i’m uncomfortable and just don’t enjoy myself.

The only thing is, I am nervous, I am a much different person then I was when I started prozac, and I don’t know how I am off of it now. I feel confident that I am more emotionally mature, stable, and happy, so that’s why I believe I can successfully be done with prozac. Im hoping others have similar success stories.

Thank you for listening, advice is welcome/encouraged
