I had a long, difficult recovery (necrosis), so even though I'm 11 weeks post-op, I've only been cleared to return to activity this past week. I'm still swollen, but even so, I thought it might be interesting to people that even though I gained 5 pounds during recovery...I have apparently gone down FOUR dress sizes (from a US 16 to a US 10). I had about 3.2 pounds of tissue removed during the surgery.
