This is easily the worst implementation of the event, let's see why...
If you get a ship, you don't get the corresponding commander. It is minor sure but why do this when now they sell you the expensive 20k dubs bundle with commanders?
The only way to get the permacamos is to buy lootboxes to get tokens instead of directly buying with dubs or the previous random bundle. And you have to spend around 70$ for the required 50 tokens per camo.
Massa and Shinano not available for direct purchase. Even if they are reskins, your only bet is to get them through lootboxes which btw...
More Matryoshka lootboxes, seriously no one enjoys them and even then these crates have very poor rates to get Massa and Shinano.
Discounted ship is Gorizia. More of a personal issue since at least Littorio was a clone of a ship that was never offered for free and Montpelier a clone of a TT ship. Gorizia was given for free during PR dockyard so this time there is less value on this clone.
Anyway very disappointing implementation of the event and the worst one so far, greediest one so far as well.
