The Somọ Socē is the head of the Theocracy of Pishti. They rule over the lands of the kingdom and they act as the head of the Parliament of priests.
They control all the Dētsë (they are similar to modern-day ministers) and only when one of them dies the next one may be elected among the dētsë.
They represent all the people of Pishti, therefore they must keep their face, body and gender concealed and they can speak only to their partners and dētsë.
