I'm pretty new to rum and I thought I'd jump into the land of Jamaican overproofs. I really like the crazy amount of funk, but I'm not exactly sure the best way to show it off. I shouldn't drink Ting or Squirt because grapefruit interacts with a medication I take, so what are some other ideas? How do you use the fiery funk juice? It reminds me a lot of cachaca, so I imagine a caipirinha-ish thing would be good
