I need help figuring out fha loans and for to work around Social security debt
I need help
So me and my fiance are trying to buy a house but the house has to get a FHA loan and but we found out that he has federal debt that is not his fault his mom took out Social Security under his name for a while and now he owes $6,000 to Social Security which means we can't get the loan for the house because it's federally backed we do have loopholes that we can do but those loopholes take a long time like we can make three payments but they have to be 21 days apart and even after that it takes 60 days for it to process and be put into the system, we could also try appealing it and putting that debt in his mom's name but that's not guaranteed and minimum that can take up to 6 months to do, we could pay it out right but it would still take 60 days and we only have 4,000 but we really need that for the down payment all in total we need about 13,000 to get everything that we need done and that's if we get that all and within like 5 days to take care of it but what I'm trying to figure out is if we do pay it out right if we get a like a receipt or a document saying that we paid it off before they process it are we still able to get the FHA loan as long as we have proof that it has been paid for I'm just worried that we're going to lose this house to somebody else because we can't get it done quick enough and it's a really good deal it's for bedrooms three bathrooms there's a bedroom out in the garage and a bathroom in the garage nice big backyard two stories it's just a nice house for a really good deal also if anybody has advice on how to make money really quickly it'll be great
