When does it start to feel better? I am still getting used to and understanding my symptoms as they relate to my cycle. I don't have any clear patterns yet, but I am experiencing something recently that makes me suspect the week before my period is a potential trigger. I've always had bad PMS the week before my period.

7 days prior to my period starting, I suddenly have to increase my antihistamines to 4 a day. It worked for about 4 days. Now I'm 3 days before my period starting and all of a sudden that's not enough anymore. I'm maxed out on antihistamines while also recently starting Zafirlukast and am again having breakthrough systems. For me it's mostly respiratory/asthma like symptoms as well as a swollen tongue and dry mouth, and inflammation throughout my body. It just seems to get worse as the week goes on to the point that it's affecting my sleep.

Does anyone else experience something like this? I know changing hormones can cause flares. When does it start to feel better if it's cycle related? A part of me is really scared that this is the new normal and if that's the case I don't know what I'm doing to do.
