I have a dentist appointment in a couple ok weeks. I haven’t been for a while. My lower gums have been this way a little while. But my top gums just got worse in the last two weeks after and oil pulling. They never exposed anything underneath like this until I did an oil pulling.
Please be kind, I’m beyond devastated.
