This might be stupid but a coworker brought up something about feds getting involved in a local incident. She seemed to think it was a bad thing. I never thought about really but if feds move into an investigation is it like pop media where they take over everything and it turns into a pissing match or is that just a Hollywoodism? I figured it has happened but I also figured that there was a middle ground too it.
