Absolutely horrible experience. Disc scratches, broken box and customer care said they cant do anything except offer a new empty box. Have a look-

UPDATE: I TRIED TO CLEAN IT USING A MICROFIBER CLOTH. SEEMS ITS FINE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL IS VERY RUDE. THEY ARE SENDING AN EMPTY BOX OF THE DISC SINCE THAT WAS BROKEN SO EVERYTHING IS FINE

Will bringing ps5 in 2027 or early 2028 be a blunder? Because this is the first time ps has encountered a shortage of exclusives and games and struggled to deliver. What do you guys think? Will they delay ps6 for saving their brand image?
