Do I have to refile again if I still didn't receive the confirmation mail?

Still new at filing tax as a freelancer. Got registered last February 27, then have nothing to pay yet since the total income I have was covered in that 250k.
So I have filed my Q1 tax last May 6, but I still didn't receive the confirmation mail. Upon submission, it said "Submit Successful" and that prompt about receiving a mail and possible delays. However, I wasn't able to screenshot the "Submit Successful" but only downloaded the copy of the form I've filled up. It's May 15, deadline, do I have to refile again to ensure I did not miss the deadline? I've checked my Spam as well and email their contact service to ask what to do, to no avail.
I've read posts about delayed emails but I am still quite anxious. Hope someone can help. Thank you!
