Finally had my reduction on 4/30. Saggy AF DDs after breastfeeding 3 children. My doctor asked me what I wanted, I said a full C small D. He told me that he could’ve did just a lift and kept me at DD. I do have chronic back pain and I didnt want to be vain so I opted for the full C small D.

They look smaller than expected and might be even smaller after the swelling goes down.

Still have to get used to not having to lift them up to wash underneath 🤣.
