Technician requesting PTO
Hopefully someone could share some information or help me out……
I have a technician at my pharmacy that is requesting PTO for 3 out of the 7 days in that specific week. Is there a policy in the Wire that states I have to schedule them close to 40 hours even if they have PTO requested? There’s been weeks where they have PTO requested and still are wanting to be scheduled close to 40 hours as possible but that means I have to alter everyone else’s schedule. I’ve tried to accommodate and be lenient but this is happening almost every other week.
I’m not sure if I’m just overthinking the situation but I thought I’d ask here before I have a chat with my RXM.
(Edit) I’m making the schedule because I’m the Operations Lead (didn’t know if that mattered regarding the post)
