Just signed up for my stage combat workshop
I am an older actor 46f who is just coming back after like a 20 year hiatus. I am trying to get out of my comfort zone and really pursue everything I let fall behind.
Here where I am second guessing myself. I am middle aged, not in the best of shape and honestly kind of fat.
The workshop says all skill levels no combat training required but it is with a very professional company and I am worried I may be making a mistake. Any thoughts? Advice? Did I get myself in over my head?
