Senior Auditor outside Big Four, Big EBP, and FS. book. Tick-and-tie worked fine but the per-seat contract minimum doesn't fit external audit staffing... three auditors on a jobs in March, half of that in August, you're paying for empty seats most of the year. Anyone else hit this at renewal recently and what did you switch to?

Audit Manager at a mid-sized firm sat through close to 20 AI demos this year and almost all of them fall apart the moment a real 401(k), Celsius or 10,000 page plan doc hits them... clean sample files are fine, real client files they hallucinate contribution numbers or just choke.

Anyone else running evaluations right now, what's actually survived past the demo on a real engagement?
