My parents are looking for a robotic vaccum for our home. It’s two storied, and marble floored, and they’d prefer one that comes with good vacuum as well as good mopping capabilities and sensors. Servicing and post purchase customer care is also a priority. Would love leads on good products from people who have been using them for atleast 1-2 years with experiences dealing with customer service. Would be helpful if the community can find good options in India.
