51 year old woman here. Determined to get back to my old body and making huge progress. I have lost 25 lbs in 11 weeks. I am about 15 lbs away from my goal weight although wouldn’t mind surpassing that! Currently have a treadmill, squat machine, mini stepper, adductor/abductor machine. Trying to decide between an air bike or lateral elliptical. The main area I am currently not happy with is mid section, thighs, glutes, abdomen. I also need work to tone my upper body but that just hasn’t been my focus yet.
