i have 3 questions :

1. if my cgpa (combined in 1st and 2nd semester) is coming out to be less than 5, can i move to 3rd semester?

2. if i clear my backlog subjects of first semester in a later semester, will it affect the sgpa of that semester.

3. how many backlogs can i clear in a semester ?
