Feels like most of my deals don’t die because people aren’t interested… they die in the gap between “some interest” and actually getting them on a call
I’ll get replies, people saying circle back in a few weeks or sounds interesting, and then when I follow up, it just goes nowhere.
Starting to feel like there’s a small window (like 24–48 hrs?) where someone is actually open to talking, and I keep missing it because I’m just following a sequence instead of reacting
I’ve tried mixing in calls too, but half the time it feels random, either too early or already too late
Recently started experimenting with Smartlead + their SmartDialer to time calls better based on engagement, but still figuring out what signals actually matter vs noise
Do you guys have a way to actually catch people when they’re warm?
