Hi!! I work for customer service at AA and currently in probation. I thought it was 150 calendar days for probation but I’m hearing now that for customer service is 6 months. Also I’m almost done with college to obtain my A&P and I want to know if someone from customer service was able to do an internal transfer to tech ops or had to reapply for the tech ops position with AA? If anyone knows about the probation time and the internal transfer it will be very helpful!
