I’ve had three arborists out and asked a nursery that planted some privacy trees and no one has been able to identify this! It’s like 10ft tall, huge thorns, and gets these small blackish berries every year (can see a few in photo 2) Is it poisonous? We’d like to keep it as it gives great privacy from a crazy neighbor but I’d def like to know what it is! I just tell the kids not to touch the leaves just in case. Located in SW Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh

Does this pin oak tree in my backyard look healthy? It’s obviously still early in the season (just bloomed a few days ago) but I feel like it has a lot of dead branches? Is it a goner or would trimming the dead ones off help? Obviously just don’t want it to fall on the house if it’s unhealthy
