I’m an early career specialist thinking of changing to 100% private work. I’m considering joining a specialist private practice as a partner. It is a well established practice and I want to buy a fraction of it as I join. As a newbie to private practice world, would like to get your opinion on

2. Dos and donts of buying a fraction of the practice
