Daily steps

I see a lot of fitness people do like 10k steps a day, am I the only person who feels like that is really hard/time consuming? I feel like it’s a little unrealistic-at least for me

Lunch today

My lunch today- Matiz Sardines on toasted Italian bread, few capers and olives with parmigiana reggiano sprinkle on top. Olive oil drizzle from the tin. Overall pretty good!
