The Problem
If you ever onboarded a new dev, or catch an AI agent up to speed on your project, you know the pain. You have to hunt through chaotic Slack threads, stale Notion docs, and disconnected Jira tickets just to piece together the "why" behind a decision. Context is constantly lost.
What I Built
I spent the last several months building Naumu: a context-sharing platform designed for AI-native teams.
Instead of heavy setup and rigid folders, you just chat with your team (and your AI agents) in focused threads. Under the hood, Naumu automatically weaves those conversations into a live, structured knowledge graph. It essentially creates a "shared memory" that your team and your AI tools (we have an MCP server) can instantly query.
The Hardest Part
Figuring out the "zero-effort emergent context" UX. I wanted the graph to build itself naturally from conversations without forcing users to manually map out relationships. Getting that to feel seamless instead of intrusive took a lot of iterations. Still a lot of work ahead.
The Ask
Since this community understands both building tools and using AI workflows, I’d love your brutally honest feedback:
- Does the onboarding actually feel like "zero-setup"?
- Does the interface make sense to you?
- Does it touch any pain points you felt recently in your team?
Disclaimer: this will be a for-profit product at some point, curenlty we don't even have payment implemented. Only testing and iterating for now.
