I am 100% open to other machine suggestions as well.
I’ve read through a hundred posts on here asking the same question. But I figured I’d throw it out there to get a new perspectives or see if anything has changed.
First timer here. Really interested in something that can be used for both week night grilling and weekend smoking.
It’s just me and my wife I cook for most times. Very rarely we can host up to 6ish others. I love the idea of having enough room for meat and side dishes if possible.
Reasons I’m interested in these 2 machines..
Sears and slow smokes
Fast heat up times
Easy to clean
I am also torn on size. Bullseye vs. Searwood 600 vs. Searwood 600 XL? I want room to do fun things like a pizza for each of us. Side dishes with a slow smoke. Many wings when we go to a party. But I also feel like getting something big will be an overkill when I’m out cooking 3 chicken breast on a Tuesday night.
Be kind. I’m learning!
