If you are thinking about buying from this company, please save your money and look elsewhere. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare from start to finish.
I ordered a watch which arrived 91 days after it was shipped. Throughout this wait, the communication from the seller was abysmal. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to find the packaging was disgraceful it was essentially thrown into a cheap box intended for sunglasses, not a watch.
When I opened it, the problems only continued:
- The product is defective: The watch does not work at all.
- Poor design/Build quality: The dial on the side is so difficult to open that I actually broke two of my nails trying to release it.
- Lack of support: The watch is too small, and they have point-blank refused to send an extra link to fix the sizing.
When I contacted them to report that the watch is broken, they told me that "everything looks fine" and that it is "not their problem." They have been incredibly difficult to deal with and have taken zero responsibility for a faulty product that was not what they advertised.
Please, do not make the same mistake I did. This company does not stand behind their products, and the service is the worst I have encountered.
