What’s everyone’s go to recovery routine?

I’ve been taking recovery way more seriously recently and it helped my training a lot. Mine’s pretty basic right now like solid sleep, lots of water and electrolytes, good food, basically just stuff I saw online and I ordered a portable sauna from sweat tent to level it up a little

What’s something you guys consider an actual cheat code for recovery?
