Hi / Salam everyone
My Malay uncle is old and has polio, he has a wheel chair and I have now been taking him on walks. The outside wheel chair I have been using for him does not have shock absorbers or anything just a basic wheel chair.
I am looking for a wheel chair or something I can use to push or pull him while running. I was even thinking those carts tourist use in some places/countries where I can maybe pick up the front.
Today he let me run with him and he wants to go running/walking with me in the mornings now - which i like because I would have someone to exercise with and its therapeutic for both of us while being a beautiful way to start my days. I am looking for a chair or device I can use to run that would be comfortable for him in this that I can save up money for.
The path I use is just the smooth road in front of the home - if i had something with shock absorber/good suspension and more cushioned seat - I can take him further around instead of back and forth up the same small path. If i go further the road is a bit too bumpy I think for him, and there is brick road as well that will be bumpy + speed bumps of course (lol)
It would also be useful if it is not too big / or can fold so that it can easily be stored. I don’t mind if it is heavy either. Just looking for ideas and/or potential products I can save up for.
