Is it bugged or am I just out of luck?

Wasn’t able to play much first week so I’m on the 5th level floor etc but can’t match make, hitting 20 mins on the times I let it go or currently now, thinking a weekend would help I’m past 8 minutes.

Is no one doing the lower stuff and just the top brackets already?
