Technical Career options to transition to from being a SWE?

I have around 6.6 YOE as a SDE 2 mostly in Frontend Development and ReactJS development.

For the past 3 to 4 months I haven't written a single line of code due to AI and the company is also kinda forcing us to use it.

Recently I gave an interview and I was asked basic questions like find 2nd largest number, currying sum and another basic loop problems it took me 45 mins to solve all three! I was floored on how bad I performed. I am not much into DSA but LOVE problem solving and architecture.

I really need help on where I should focus to get a non coding architecture role or system design role as I do not want to leave tech but can't clear these DSA rounds for the love of god.

I do posses good soft skills but do not see myself in a scrum master or non technical role. Please help me in finding a right path for my career.

Vent: Why does EVERYTHING suck for me

I am going through a quarter-life crisis, and my life is completely off track.

I am a 28M who has never dated anyone due to severe body dysmorphia and childhood trauma from severe bullying. Even though a few women have expressed interest in me, my low self-esteem and confidence have pushed them away. Nearly all of my childhood friends are married, some with kids too! And I am having a hard time finding "the one." I've tried all the dating and matrimonial sites, and even my parents have been trying, but with no luck. I am earning decently, but as a SWE, it could be better.

To get a pay raise, I have been trying to change jobs for the last 1.5 years. In recent interviews, I made it to the last rounds but never received an offer.

I am morbidly obese (I recently started cardio and dieting and have lost a few kilos; I hope to stay consistent), and so are my parents. Their health has been on a downhill. It just hurts to watch them be helpless. As their only child, their health becomes my sole responsibility, and I just can't take it anymore.

I am tired of losing. I just want a small win in life to keep my light alive.

TLDR : Unable to get a good job, unable to get a wife/partner, unable to help my parents get better, everything is crashing and burning. All I have is series of bad luck. I want out.

Edit: Used AI for correcting grammatical errors

I've got about 7 years of experience, mostly in front-end development, and I'm thinking about switching from being a dev to a Solution Architect. I really enjoy coming up with solutions for problems, and since AI can handle most of the coding now, I want to be the one designing the systems, working with PMs, and figuring out solutions for the devs to build.

Any advice on what role would be the best fit for me? I figured it would be a solutions or platform architect. Also, any tips on how to make that switch? Do I need specific certifications?

TIA!
