Not sure if it has hit every store yet but in my opinion personally I feel like the Ready by Time Metric is kind of a scam in my opinion Firstly, it just gives the managers another reason to bitch and moan at us about why are we behind on metrics. And secondly, There are situations where maybe some of us get stopped by customers every so often Or we have to spend half of our time looking for stuff in a bag or some similar situation. I don't know I'm still personally grasping the whole metric myself. My apologies in advance of it just if this whole post sounds like me whining about some dumb shit, but just have to get off my chest somehow, but I really want to know your guys's opinion on this though.
