I’ve already been to the hospital twice, and have consulted with my OB.  I had an MRI, and it came back clean. I saw my OB again today, and she said “I cannot diagnose or treat you”, and that I can “go to the ER at any time.”
I am 16w3d. On day #15 in a row of having 1-2 migraines with aura a day. I am losing feeling in both hands as well as my nose and chin. I am having shortness of breath, swelling in hands, face, and ankles, as well as other visual disturbances, loss of balance, and overall feeling generally disoriented.
I’m just afraid of going back to the ER because it will be a waste of time since the MRI was fine. All the doctors I see you keep referring to my problem as “headaches”,  even though it’s much more than that.
I am just worried because last pregnancy I had a lot of complications that my OB missed and didn’t diagnose which caused a lot of problems in my third trimester. (Note, my current OB is different from the one I saw in my last pregnancy).
All I’ve been advised to take is Magnesium, Tylenol and Benedryl. It’s not helping.
