Guys , actually I am working at capgemini for last 8 months and now I am planning to switch as I think there is no growth as I have joined as a software engineer but still working on same manual testing .
I directly got placed through college at a package around 5 LPA .
My main reason to switch is that I don’t think I can grow here as a software developer as most of people around me are doing just testing and same work daily like following a fixed set of steps .
I am more interested towards development so guys could you help me with some roadmap that I can follow to switch to a better job role or suggest me something through which I can individually contribute as a freelancer .
I am not lazy and I can put hours in learning my main goal to to switch in about 5-6 months
I have basic knowledge in few tech stack , currently I am going with python , fastapi and generative Ai to upskill myself and solving one problem of DSA daily , I am thinking of jumping at least 3X to my current package .
